Organizations are able to use Mobile CRM to add, edit and manage customer relationships in this way. In many cases Mobile CRM has the same sorts of features that regular CRM has. This is frequently the desired goal of Mobile CRM. As Microsoft explains of its Mobile CRM product offering:
